Expert level proficiency with modern design tools such as Sketch or Figma and various high prototyping tools.

Ability to work with, create, or adapt existing brand guidelines and design systems for UI delivery across digital products, ensuring a seamless on-brand experience.

Lean, pragmatic approach to UX for fast-paced environments.

Effective presentation, collaboration and communication of designs across roles & levels to identify new opportunities, gain buy-in and ensure alignment to create value for customers.

Awareness and practical understanding of current technologies, and their application and relevance to digital experiences.

Digital Channel development and integration (plus previous ownership of a digital channel).
